What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, with seals intact and in original packaging. Contact us at support@truebeautysa.co.za with your order number to get started. Note: we don't offer exchanges, but you're welcome to place a new order once your refund is processed.
When will I get my order?
Orders are fulfilled within 3–4 days, then shipped out. Delivery time depends on your location, additional transit days may apply. International orders may take longer due to factors outside our control.
